The service

Takame (takame.io) is operated by Great Bright Science and Technology Inc. (偉輝科技株式会社). By using Takame you agree to these terms.

Takame publishes information about crypto exchanges and coins, compiled from official regulator registers and public market data. It is information only. Nothing on Takame is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or use any exchange or asset.

Accuracy

Registers change and data sources can be wrong or late. We show each source and the date we checked it, but we do not guarantee that any rating, licence status, price or incident record is complete, current or correct. Check with the regulator before relying on it.

Ratings are calculated by our published methodology. Rankings are never sold. Sponsored content is always labelled as an advertisement.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Comments

Posting comments may require identity verification. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is false or defamatory, that promotes scams, pumps or referral links, that contains someone else's personal information, or that is illegal, hateful or harassing.

Anyone can report a comment. We may hide comments or suspend accounts that break these rules. By posting, you give Takame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your comment on Takame.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.

Liability

Takame is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using information on Takame, including losses at any exchange listed here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including Japan's Consumer Contract Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance. Contact: support@gbst.jp.
